CAIRO, Ga. (WCTV) - The Cairo-Grady Chamber of Commerce announced the Cairo Christmas Parade has been canceled on Thursday and rescheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 9.
Officials cited “anticipated weather” as the reason for the parade’s postponement.
“While we’re disappointed to shift plans, we’re excited to bring the holiday spirit to the streets on December 9th,” the chamber of commerce said.
More information for participants will be shared closer to Dec. 9, per the chamber of commerce.
