PHOENIX (AZFamily) — The Arizona Humane Society is expanding veterinary services in Phoenix later this month.

Starting Thursday, Dec. 11, the Humane Society’s Papago Park campus at 55th Street and Van Buren Street will offer after-hours urgent care for pets.

The Humane Society says the after-hours care is for nonemergency but time-sensitive medical needs and is available only by walk-in.
