The Detroit Lions are taking it all the way up to game time when it comes to making a decision about wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown.

St. Brown is listed as questionable due to an ankle injury after he didn't practice at all during the week. St. Brown sustained the injury in Week 13 against the Green Bay Packers .

ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports that St. Brown gave him a thumb up on his way off the field from pre-game warm-ups and the Lions wideout will play in Week 14.

"Walking off, Amon-Ra St. Brown gave me the thumbs up that he is indeed playing tonight. Did everything in warmups," Fowler reported.
