Dolly Parton is eager to return to work after dealing with health issues that forced her to cancel several appearances in recent months, according to her goddaughter, singer Miley Cyrus .

Cyrus told Entertainment Tonight on Monday that the 78-year-old country music legend remains upbeat despite a difficult period. “She’s always going to keep the show going. The show must go on. So she’s just excited to get back to work,” Cyrus said.
