The compounding events led to a virtual emergency hearing on Thursday. In court, it was revealed that Romero allegedly tried to push Douglas off a ladder when she was putting up a sign. Romero took the utilities out of the homeowner’s name and put them in her daughter’s name and tampered with the cameras. During the hearing, while Romero was questioning Douglas, Romero asked if she could question Douglas as a hostile witness.
