SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - On Your Side first told you weeks ago during Marketplace health insurance enrollment Cox HealthPlans will not offer insurance for those who live in Greene and Webster Counties .

The decision only impacts those enrolled in the marketplace with the Affordable Care Act.

A woman in Greene County who is battling cancer is not sure what to do.

“I didn’t know I had so much hair that could fall out,” said Carrie Netzer as she laughed.

Cancer isn’t stealing Netzer’s spunk.

“We all decided it’s a good season for beanies. I still have some, not very much. My little granddaughter has more hair in her pigtail than I do,” said Netzer.

A few months ago, doctors found that the cancer had returned.

“I have some cancer in my mouth and pelvic region,” said Netzer.
