WARREN A longtime staple in downtown Warren will be closing its doors soon. Richard and Jean Lawnhurst say Howard's Clothes will be going out of business, telling 21 News they want to spend more time with family. "We've watched generations grow up, and the children are now customers, and it's been gratifying," said Jean Lawnhurst. Jean's father, Howard, purchased the building that houses the current location in 1963, 14 years after he bought Farr's Clothing, ultimately before moving the business into the building on the corner of North Park Avenue and East Market Street.
