Wintery weather arrived for the season just in time for West Hartford’s 38th annual Holiday Stroll, and although Jack Frost was nipping at noses a bit too fiercely for some, the chill did not deter a large crowd from bundling up and enjoying the annual New England-style festival on Thursday night in Blue Back Square and the Center.

With snow flurries setting the mood, there were truly chestnuts roasting over an open fire (courtesy of Treva), along with hot cocoa, crepes, and other heart-warming treats being handed out by local businesses to keep people warm as they enjoyed
