Air travellers across the country have been venting their frustration on X as IndiGo’s large-scale disruptions left hundreds stuck at airports with little information and almost no support.

IndiGo cancelled over 500 flights from three major airports on Thursday, as the airline struggles to secure the required crew to operate its flights in the wake of new flight-duty and rest-period norms for pilots for the third consecutive day.

Many passengers said their repeated attempts to get answers at help desks or boarding gates went nowhere. Flights were either cancelled at the last minute or delayed endlessly, and yet several airport display boards continued to show them as “on-time” misleadingly.
