Actress Celina Jaitly has shared a note on social media after the Delhi High Court asked the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) to help her communicate with her brother Major (Retd) Vikrant Kumar Jaitly. He is currently in the custody of authorities in the United Arab Emirates, and the actress revealed that she hasn’t been able to speak to him for the last 15 months.
