ASHTABULA — Mother of Sorrows parishioners continue to fight to keep their church open after a ruling by the Youngstown Diocese shutting down the building, and Saint Joseph’s Church, on Nov. 30, leaving Mount Carmel as the only active facility for worship in Our Lady of Peace Parish.
