Mangaluru, Dec 5: The Department of Commerce organized a finance quiz competition under the banner of “Zerodha Varsity – India’s Premier Finance Quiz” at St Agnes College (Autonomous), Mangaluru on November 28. The event received an overwhelming response, with 325 teams, each consisting of three students, registering and actively participating in the quiz.

The competition aimed to enhance financial literacy and create awareness about the world of finance among students. The first round was a preliminary round comprising 20 objective questions, from which six top-scoring teams qualified for the final round. After a highly competitive finale, Alric, Samuel and Alston from final BCom secured the first prize with a cash award of Rs 12,000, followed by Prajwal, Mohan and Yajnes
