More than 65% of retail space has been leased at District 15Fifteen , a mixed-use redevelopment project in Parsippany, developers announced Tuesday.

The development along Route 10 in Morris County has seven new leases totaling 12,849 square feet in finalized commitments, bringing the total leased space to more than 39,000 square feet of the nearly 60,000 square feet available.

Stanbery Development Group , Claremont Development and PCCP LLC are developing the town-center-style property, which includes three residential buildings.

The newest tenants include O’Bagel, Pure Green and Home Town Creamery for dining options, along with fitness providers The Yard Gym, Discover Strength, Yoga Six and Jetset Pilates.

They join previously announced tenants including Kura Revolving Sushi Bar
