MURRAY – Murray State University on Thursday concluded four straight days of town hall meetings with the finalists for the next provost and vice president of academic affairs.
After each candidate toured the campus and met with other administrators and various faculty and staff, the meetings were held in the auditorium at Wrather Hall, where attendees had the opportunity to ask the four finalists questions about their leadership approach, academic philosophy and a variety of related issues. The first finalist to speak was Dr. Kimberly Paddock-O’Reilly, who is currently vice president for academic affairs at Chadron State College in Nebraska. MSU President Dr. Ron Patterson was Chadron’s president prior to July 1, when he began his current job. In Monday’s town hall, Paddock-O’Reilly said
