Mark Butcher swapped cricket for the music scene after starring for England at the Ashes on four separate occasions. The Croydon-born star made his Test cricket debut in 1997 and hit eight centuries throughout his career.

The ex-cricketer didn't win the Ashes but he enjoyed a 17-year spell with Surrey as an opening batsman. Butcher ended up turning his hand to music following his retirement in the late 2000s after spending a lot of spare time practicing guitar.
