New Delhi, Dec 05: Russian President Vladimir Putin received a ceremonial welcome at Rashtrapati Bhavan during his two-day visit to India on December 5.

Accompanied by Indian President Droupadi Murmu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the event highlighted the continued strategic importance of India-Russia relations in a changing global landscape.
