Chandigarh : Japanese steel giant Aichi Steel agreed to expand its collaboration with Vardhman Special Steels in Punjab, entailing an investment of Rs 500 crore, according to an official statement.Aichi Steel and Vardhman Special Steels signed an MoU in the presence of Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, who is on a 10-day visit to Japan and South Korea.

On the third day of Japan visit, an MoU was signed in Tokai City with the Japanese steel manufacturer Aichi Steel and Vardhaman Speciality Steel.
