Australia’s Marnus Labuschagne on Friday (December 5) became the first cricketer to surpass the 1,000-run mark in day/night Tests. He has taken only 16 innings (10 Tests) for the milestone, having hit four centuries and as many fifties while averaging over 66 in six years since 2019.

The second on the list, one of Labuschagne’s idols, Steve Smith, has almost 200 fewer runs after nine more innings. Labsuchagne averages 63.93 against the pink ball, the second-best among the top-10 run getters.
