Khaitan & Co advises Rajadhiraja Limited on ~$56 million stake acquisition in IKF Finance

Rajadhiraja Limited (Creador VI L.P.) has made a ~$56 million acquisition of an 11.8% stake in IKF Finance Limited from Accion Digital Transformation Fund, L.P. and Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America.

Khaitan & Co advised Rajadhiraja on this transaction. The Firm's scope of work included conducting a legal due diligence on IKF Finance Limited; and deal structuring, negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documents along with closing of the transaction.
