DELAWARE, Ohio — A judge in Delaware County is under investigation for rape because of accusations that he pressured a lawyer to have sex, reports say.
The Columbus Dispatch reports Common Pleas Court Judge James Schuck, 50, has denied the allegations but has been on leave since Nov. 25. The 25-year-old woman making the accusations has filed a civil protection order against Schuck.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is handling the investigation, WBNS Channel 10 reports .
A report filed with the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office lists offenses of rape and gross sexual imposition, WCMH Channel 4 reports .
