Pilots Association writes to DGCA, flags safety concerns over FDTL phase II implementation granted to IndiGo

The Airline Pilots' Association of India (ALPA India) has strongly objected to selective dispensations granted to IndiGo under the revised Flight Duty Time Limit (FDTL) CAR Phase II, calling them unsafe and commercially motivated. ALPA said these exemptions undermine pilot safety, dilute FDTL regulations, and contradict prior agreements with the DGCA, which were meant to safeguard passengers and crew.
