KOCHI: The Kerala High Court will consider tomorrow the anticipatory bail plea filed by Rahul Mamkootathil MLA in the rape case. He moved the high court after the Thiruvananthapuram Principal Sessions Court rejected his bail plea. Reports said that he will not surrender and has decided to continue the legal battle. The move is to seek the possibility of preventing the arrest.
