A mum was slammed for cancelling Christmas to teach her 11-year-old son a lesson - but while she believe her actions are justified, her husband says she's overreacting

A woman has sparked a debate after revealing how she has cancelled Christmas just to teach her 11-year-old son a lesson. She came up with the punishment after learning how her son stole £20 from his school's fundraising, wanting to teach him a lesson he'd never forget.

She said on Reddit : "I take this very seriously and I really don’t know how to handle him at this point as he is already grounded from pretty much everything. I pulled all his Christmas presents out and told him I’m taking them back and he will have no Christmas as he doesn’t deserve it due to him stealing."
