Six two-unit homes in Osnaburg Township were sold together for more than $1 million, according to the latest real estate transfers from the Stark County Auditor’s Office.
The properties, located on Werley Road N, were sold for $1,080,000 during the week of Nov. 8 to Nov. 14.
Another eastern Stark County home, located in Washington Township, was sold during the same time period for $299,000. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom ranch home on Bayton Street NE is 2,674 square feet on 2.21 acres. The rear of the home has two large pergolas, one on a porch attached to the home, and the other nearby that features a built-in kitchen and fireplace, a large seating area with a firepit and counter seating. The area has multiple areas for guests to be seated.
