A house in Spring Lake that sold for $8 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Monmouth County in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 151 residential real estate sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $898,022. The average price per square foot was $453.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 24 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $1.8 million, detached house at 4 Crystal Court

The single-family residence at 4 Crystal Court in Manalapan has new owners. The price was $1,811,500. The house was built in 2004 and has a living area of 5,508 square feet. The price per square foot was $329. The house features 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
