Spanberger endorses Charlottesville native Taylor in crowded congressional primary

Gov.-elect Abigail Spanberger is endorsing Charlottesville native and Henrico County Commonwealth's Attorney Shannon Taylor in a crowded Democratic primary field for the party's nomination to take on U.S. Rep. Rob Wittman in a 1st District that might look different when the time comes to vote.
