November’s top home sales in the Denver metro include the priciest deal of the year in Cherry Hills Village, an Evergreen home on 15 acres and a Cherry Creek penthouse that sold for the second time in less than a year.
The top sale was 4603 S. Denice Drive in Cherry Hills, which sold for $17 million — the priciest deal of 2025 to date in the Denver metro.
The 22,000-square-foot home on 2 acres was originally listed by Chuck Gargotto and Jason Weisgerber of Kentwood Real Estate DTC in April for $20 million. It was ultimately purchased by 4603 South Denice Drive LLC on Nov. 20.
The seller, Happy Hound Property LLC, bought the home for $5.3 million in March 2016, took the house down to the studs and rebuilt it. The six-bedroom home has 11 bathrooms and an elevator.
