Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening the Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership, as the year marks the 25th anniversary of the 2000 Declaration on Strategic Partnership established during Putin’s first state visit to India.
Putin is currently on a two-day state visit to India at the invitation of PM Modi.
