Railway PSU RailTel Corporation of India Ltd on Thursday (December 4) said it has received a major work order from the Central Public Works Department (CPWD) for the design and implementation of an ICT (information communication technology) network.

The order involves the design and implementation of an ICT network under a domestic contract. The scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning (SITC) of the ICT network along with operations and maintenance support for a period of five years. The execution timeline extends through May 12, 2031.
