Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd said it has entered into an agreement with Italy-based Virtualabs S.r.l. on Thursday, December 4, 2025. According to the company, the partnership aims to jointly develop advanced radar technologies for both defence and civil applications.

The latest collaboration follows a series of international technology tie-ups by the company.

Last month, Lloyds Engineering signed two contract agreements with Poland-based Kliver Polska Sp. z o.o., the company said in an earlier regulatory filing.

The contracts, signed on November 20, are valued at $163,900 and €310,000, respectively. Under the first agreement, Kliver Polska will design, prototype and deliver a towed reel for a multifunctional underwater platform.
