Pete Wicks has revealed his plans to spend the Christmas period alone yet again this year – despite invites from best friend Sam Thompson and his mum to join them

Pete Wicks has said he despises Christmas and vows to "hibernate" through the festive period.

The 37-year-old reality star admits that he has little interest in the festive season and would rather "hibernate" through December. Former The Only Way Is Essex star Pete has spent Christmas alone for a number of years – and this year will be no different for the reality star.

However, Pete has said he is considering jetting off during the festive period this year for a change of scenery. Pete's best pal Sam Thompson and even Sam's mum have both invited him to join in their festivities, but he has politely declined their offer.
