SENECA, Mo. — When the Seneca Indians take to the field against Lift for Life Academy in St. Joseph on Friday, they will be trying to do something no Seneca team has done since 1995 — capture a state title in football.
Under the direction of Missouri Sports Hall of Fame coach Tom Hodge, the 1995 Indians finished 14-0, capping their season with a 35-14 win over Herculaneum in the Class 3 championship. ×
