SRINAGAR : The Jammu and Kashmir Combined Competitive Examinations (JKCCE), structured on the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) pattern, are scheduled for an upcoming Sunday, yet the fate of thousands of candidates remains suspended in a bureaucratic loop.
