A revision petition has been filed in the Rouse Avenue Court on Friday, 05 December 2025, for this purpose. The case pertains to the alleged inclusion of her name in the voter list without obtaining citizenship. The petition has been filed by advocate Vikas Tripathi, and the court will hear the matter on December 9.
