The Alabama State Bar suspended a Cullman attorney suspected of trying to kill her husband, ABC 33/40 reported Thursday.

In November, Cullman Police confirmed Sara Baker had been arrested on a long list of charges.

Baker is charged with conspiracy to commit murder, three counts of attempted murder, distribution of a controlled substance, elder abuse, four counts of solicitation to commit a controlled substance crime, and domestic violence.

According to court documents, Baker allegedly conspired with at least one other person to obtain fentanyl as part of a plan to kill her husband between Sept. 1 and Nov. 25, 2025.
