A 5-year-old boy from Utah is believed to have been taken by his dad, who does not have custody, prompting officials to issue an endangered missing advisory.
On Tuesday, Dec. 2, at 5:30 p.m. local time, Benjamin Despain, 45, picked up his 5-year-old son, James, from where the child lives with his mother in Bountiful for visitation, ABC affiliate KTVX and NBC affiliate KSL reported. When the little boy’s mom, Natalie, went to pick up her son three hours later, neither was at Benjamin’s home.
