CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — Charleston Police say a pair of search warrants executed at two downtown homes have landed two Charleston men behind bars on multiple charges.
Jermaine Sammy Milligan, 42, is charged with trafficking cocaine base (10-28 grams) and possession with intent to distribute cocaine; and Deangelo Montez Simmons, 38, is charged with trafficking cocaine (an amount greater than 400 grams), trafficking cocaine base (28-100 grams), trafficking fentanyl, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and three counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime, police say.
