Smaller blue bins are on the way for Windsor-Essex, ahead of the region's new single-stream recycling program expected to begin Jan. 1.
Circular Materials, the Toronto-based non-profit in charge of the province's recycling system — said Friday that an online form will soon be available for people to apply to exchange their 360-litre bin for a smaller, 240-litre bin if they want.
The form will be online on the Circular Materials website in mid-December.
