A house in Princeton that sold for $2.9 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Mercer County in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 57 residential real estate sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $604,206, or $279 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Nov. 24 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $660K, single-family residence at 11 Paxson Avenue Extension

A sale has been finalized for a detached house at 11 Paxson Avenue Extension in Trenton. The price was $660,000. The house was built in 1989 and the living area totals 2,212 square feet. The price per square foot ended up at $298. The deal was finalized on Nov. 6.
