Indian Railways is playing the saviour for thousands of passengers who have been stranded in different cities due to the unprecedented wave of cancellations and delays of IndiGo flights over the last few days. ADVERTISEMENT

Railways have added trains and coaches to help impacted passengers travel to their respective destinations.

A total of 37 trains have been augmented with 116 additional coaches, operating over 114 augmented trips across the country, according to a government statement.
