GHMC has convened a City Level Monitoring and Implementation Committee (CLMIC) meeting under the National Clean Air Programme (NCAP) to address pollution hotspots. The committee identified key corridors including Punjagutta–Patancheru, Charminar–Nampally, Hitec City, and MGBS–Secunderabad as priority areas.
Hyderabad: For effective management of pollution hotspots, the GHMC on Friday convened a City Level Monitoring and Implementation Committee (CLMIC) meeting under the National Clean Air Programme (NCAP).
The committee observed the need for prioritised interventions at major hotspots including, Punjagutta–Patancheru corridor, Charminar–Nampally heritage zone, Hitec City transit corridor and MGBS to Secunderabad railway station corridor.
