NEW DELHI: Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday invoked India’s slogan “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” during the presidential dinner hosted in his honour at Rashtrapati Bhavan, saying the phrase reflected the true character of India–Russia relations.
