CLEVELAND, Ohio – Visitors seeking the most accessible hotels, restaurants and attractions in Cleveland now have a new resource.

Locals might find it helpful, too.

Destination Cleveland announced this week that it has joined Wheel the World’s Accessibility Verified program, which evaluates and certifies sites and attractions for disability-friendly features.

The initial certification of Cleveland includes 23 restaurants, attractions and hotels, with more sites expected to be added in early 2026.

Among those verified are the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, the InterContinenal Cleveland and Mallorca restaurant.
