Greenwood City Council told bidding issue found in legislative audit, but that procedures in place to avoid it going forward

GREENWOOD -- A pair of bidding irregularities involving truck purchases were discovered in the annual Arkansas Legislative Audit's report on the city of Greenwood, City Council members learned this week.
