Clay, N.Y. — An Onondaga County man has been accused of repeatedly sexually abusing two children over several years, according to an indictment filed in Onondaga County Court.
Rik Flagg, 45, of Chancery Lane, Clay, is accused of sexually abusing two girls under the age of 13, according to Thomas Newton, a spokesperson for the Onondaga County Sheriff’s office.
According to the indictment, Flagg was charged with:
Predatory sexual assault against a child
First-degree rape (3 counts)
Second-degree rape
First-degree sexual abuse (2 counts)
Second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child
Endangering the welfare of a child (2 counts)
The abuse occurred between 2016 and 2018, the indictment said.
