A daughter battled it out in court for her share of her late dad's money , after he left her just £250 for being "bad tempered" and "failing in her sense of duty".

Laxmikant Patel , who died aged 85 in October 2021, handed his £600,000 house to oldest daughter Anju Patel in his last will. The dad then left his younger daughter, Bhavenetta Stewart-Brown, 52, and his son, Piyush Patel, 62, just £250 each.
