Brookfield India REIT has successfully raised Rs 3,500 crore through a qualified institutional placement. This capital will partly finance the REIT's acquisition of Ecoworld, a significant office campus in Bengaluru. The deal marks the largest REIT acquisition in India. The placement saw strong subscription from both domestic and global investors, including major financial institutions.
