WASHINGTON — Prime Minister Mark Carney is meeting privately with U.S. President Donald Trump and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum, with no staff in the room, at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C.

Trump said earlier today that the three leaders would talk about trade.
