As FTC Condemns ABA, Critics Counter: No Accreditation Would Be 'Much Worse'

One law dean said that while he often disagrees with choices made by the ABA in accrediting law schools, “a world without accreditation will be much worse for law students, for law schools, for the bar, and for the public.”
