Group C: Brazil, Morocco, Haiti, Scotland

Group D: USA, Paraguay, Australia, (winner of playoff between Turkey, Romania, Slovakia and Kosovo)

Group E: Germany, Curacao, Ivory Coast, Ecuador

Group F: Netherlands, Japan, (winner of playoff between Ukraine, Sweden, Poland and Albania), Tunisia
